What the study is about:

This research aims to study the impact of COVID19 pandemic on the psycho social and occupational well-being of frontline health-care workers (FHCWs) in BC. The specific purpose of this research is to better understand how the current work conditions of FHCWs may have both positive and negative impacts on their well-being.

Your insight as a FHCWs is important to highlight the current workplace reality and concerns faced by FHCWs across BC. Information gained from this survey will be relevant to policy makers, health planners, health authorities, health agencies, unions and other FHCWs and the general public. It is anticipated that the findings will help inform policy changes that will lead to better work conditions and build work place resilience of FHCWs.
